Do We Have the Right?

‪DO WE HAVE THE RIGHT?‬

‪While on the surface Elon Musk’s endeavors to seed human life in other regions of our Solar System in order to preserve humanity as a species seems like a brave and nobel venture, we cannot and should not overlook some fundamental questions. For example:‬

‪1. Do we human beings even have the right to carry our violent nature into Outer Space?‬

‪Not only have we filled the Earth with violence for millennia, but very soon, thanks to the USA, Russia and China placing ‬ ‪certain technology into orbit around the Earth, a less evident war will soon erupt in our immediate atmosphere as well.‬

‪Given our human nature, I have no doubt that should we successfully colonize the Moon, Mars and beyond, we will eventually carry our violence to those places as well.‬

‪2. Aside from our long history of continual violence, we have also already heavily polluted the Earth’s land, air and seas. Now we have begun to litter our ‬ ‪atmosphere, the Moon and Mars with our technological junk.‬

‪Again, given our proven track record, it is more than probable that we will continue to pollute other heavenly bodies as we continue to expand further out into our Solar System. What right do we have to do this.?

‪In short, if we can’t even properly and peacefully maintain our immediate back yard — meaning the Earth — I truly wonder if seeding humanity elsewhere is our right to do.‬

‪Revelation 11:18 warns us that ‬ ‪God will destroy those who destroy the earth. Clearly, this includes warmongers as well.‬
