RIVER JOURNEY

I don't claim to have it all right,
And know I've got some of it wrong,
I strive to discover God's truth,
As His Holy Spirit leads me along.

My quest is a lifelong journey,
There's so many paths to explore,
I grasp a verse of the Scriptures,
But still wonder about five more.

God's Word is such a deep wonder,
A great flowing river without end,
I sail along with such excitement,
To see what's around the next bend.
