It seems that in our modern day,
People have really put up a guard,
So trying to give them the truth,
Can oft times be extremely hard.

But there's also one big problem,
Which we cannot lay at their feet,
It's when we act so hypocritically,
And God's standard we fail to meet.

It's unfair to blame nonbelievers,
When our own faith we do not live,
We need to stop pointing fingers,
And ourselves one good look give.
