FALSE PROPHETS

"Jesus is coming back very soon!"
So we have heard for many years,
False prophets fill our nation,
They just love tickling our ears.

Now when something comes to pass,
Among us a true Prophet has been,
But as for all of those others,
They commit such a terrible sin.

While they claim to know something,
They really know nothing at all,
Such wise words were well written,
By that grand, old Apostle Paul.

So don't seek to be many masters,
To do so you are a fool at best,
When your words fall to the ground,
We'll know you didn't pass the test.

God's Word tells us to avoid you,
Because He did not send you along,
While you claim to be His prophet,
You're really singing your own song.

By your fruits we shall know you,
Jesus himself set down this rule,
It is time to hang up your cloak,
And stop being the Devil's tool.

Paul wrote let God alone be true,
But let every man be just a liar,
Please stop your false prophecies,
Or you may well end up in the fire.
