BODY BAGS

Body bags, body bags,
All lined up in a row,
Yeah, send the boy toys,
Off to war they all go.

Same thing in Russia.
Same thing in Ukraine,
Same thing in every war,
The young feel the pain.

Fodder for their cannons,
They're just grinder meat,
Pure human waves of misery,
Don't dare make a retreat.

Human limbs go flying,
Drones strike from the air,
A thousand boys lay dying,
But leaders just don't care.

Got to feed their monster,
Yeah, more blood it demands,
And so the war rages on,
Way off in foreign lands.

But that is quite okay,
There's money to be made,
It is great for business,
As long as they get paid.

Ike so tried to warn us,
He really knew the score,
He understood the reasons,
What wars are really for.

Yet people are so blind,
Falling for patriotic crap,
So the next thing you know,
Our kids are in their trap.

Sacrifice them on the altar,
It is your duty after all,
Sure, proudly send them off,
When your country gives a call.

But as for those elite,
Not a son do they ever send,
It's just a poor man's war,
When will it ever end?
